The perceptions of primary education supervisors and principals about the problems of inspection period

This research aims to find out primary education supervisors and principals? opinions and solutions about problem that occurs during the inspection period.The research is a model of survey method. The target population of descriptive research is principals and supervisors of primary schools in Mardin in 2010-2011 academic year The questionnaire is developed by the researcher to determine the views of participating administers and supervisors is prepared by Likert type. The testing material is used by taking the permission of Mr. Gök ?Options of Supervisors and Principals of Primary Schools that they faces during inspection period.? The data obtained during the research study regarding principals and supervisors views analyzed frequencies and percentage distributions of data were described .The findings that were obtained from administers and inspectors? opinions were reviewed.According to research result, before inspection; during inspection and after inspection period that problems administer and supervisors faces at normal level. Authority of general problems concerning the inspections of multi-level. Views of school principals and supervisors while co administrator moderate views. In all sub-dimensions of the problems faced in the inspections period of the Authority, schools principals and co administrators and supervisors between the views of inspectors according to the variable is not at statistically significant difference. Senioritiy variable; corporate control subscale of the pre-school principals, but other sub-dimensions is a significant difference between the views of all school principals, assistant principals and education was not a statistically significant difference between the views of supervisorrs. According to the seniority variable, it has been seen that there is a significant differences among the school administrators? views before supervision of primary school at sub dimensions, but there is not any meaningful differences among the views of the school administrations, co administrator and supervisors at all of other sub dimension.Key Words: Primary school, institution inspection, inspector, school princepal, vice princepal
