Abstract (EN)

In this research, the study of teacher opinions in terms of various variables concerning elementary school principles? role of fulfilling motivation levels of the teachers aimed during the 2009/2010 academic year. The study was fulfilled among 481 branch and primary school teachers who are working in state schools. The survey model was used in the study. Sampling was not used in the research because we tried to reach the whole phase. Personal Information Forms and Motivation Scale were used aimed at gathering the demographic variables.In the research Non-parametric techniques for distributions, which lacks normal distribution feature, parametric analysis techniques for normal distributions were used as well as detached group ?t? test, single dimensional variance analysis (ANOVA) and Non-parametric Kruskal Wallis-H test, and the significance was .05 level.In the study the elementary school principles? role of fulfilling motivation levels of the teachers difference was tested according to teacher?s variables such as gender, age, professional seniority, branch position, faculty of graduation, seniority, in service training, the attendance to courses and seminars. Consequently, a statistically significant diversity was found in gender variable.
