Abstract (EN)
From the day a person was born education is continiously in processional it is a piece of life. At first this process begins to fulfill vital actions and to learn storing the biological and physical needs at family and the carries on feeling to belonging a society, need for carring a friendship, the values for the society that a person belong to, learning to be a member of a society and it carries to a school age. And it goes on by achieving new occupational skills and goes on trying to be in tune with technological development.The formal education process consists of preschool education, primary education, secondary education and university phases. Each phase has different aims and is a preparing process for next level. Therefore the efficiency of any education instution at a stage depends on the preceding educational instution success in training process. Since primary school is the main source of education process, it is also the most important period. Therefore teachers who are backbone of education association, in accordance with the aim of school, in order to betterment the benefits of school environment, teachers should be reworded.In that survey, the effects of rewords on primary school teachers has been looked over measured by using the scanning method.The first section of the survey, which consist of five parts totally includes ?the situation of the problem?, ?the aim of the survey?, ?the importance of the survey?, ?assumptions?, ?limits? and ?the definitions?.The second part ?the introducing the school, the main sources of school has been explained.? ?The definition of being school teaching has done, the ways of how to become successful has also explained.? ?Organizational psychology has viewed, the administrative function has been explained.? ?Penalty and award system in primary schools has looked over and at last teachers award and penalty has investigated.?The third part,? which constitude the method part includes the method of the survey?, ? universe?, ?samples validity? and ? reliability?.In the fourth part results appears with the statistical methods as statements. Statistical methods has given as a table and necessary explanations has done. İn accordance with the survey results.İn the fifth part consist of the results and suggestions regarding those results.Survey reveal some of the following results:Primary school teachers being reworded encourage and raise their respectability at school. There is an important deviation for the interest and skills between genders.As a result of a work which is worth to being awarded, it is much more meaningful if it has been rewarded at the end.Being rewarded makes people feel test how important their point of views and ideas are.Being rewarded is also encouraged for new studies for the interest and skills between genders.Notification of reward raises the rivalry for the interest and skills between genders.
