Abstract (EN)

Performance management is a system that aims to increase the success of institution and individuals and provide an effective communication between the employer and employments. The cooperation and confidence ambiance which performance management makes will effect in a positive way.Confidence can be explained as a positive expectation to each other a psychological sensitivity. But in organizational part of the confidence there is the confidence of teachers to managers by the confidence ambience which manager provide to teachers. Creating the organizational confidence ambience will affect the performance directly and provide teachers to reach their objectivesThe aim of this search is to develop suggestions by determining the relationship between the performance management applications and organizational confidence upon the senses of teachers and managements at organizations of education.For the aim of this research, Istanbul was chosen as the universe and the province and sample consists of 425 teachers who work in Bakirköy, Bayrampasa and Küçükçekmece.The datas which are necessary for the research were got by scanning the literatures and scales that were applicated to the experimental. The vehicle of collecting data was applicated by combining `the scale of teachers and managements at official and private primary schools and ` scale of Organizational confidence .To be able to determine whether there is a meaningful relation between organizational confidence level of teachers and their opinions about the applications of performance managements or not Pearson's product moment correlation was applicated. `T test was used to determine whether teacher's opinions shows a meaningful difference depends on the numbers of teachers at school, branch and sexuality or not.And `ANOVA was used to used to determine the whether the levels of organizational commitment of teachers shows a meaningful difference with applications of performance managements in terms of priority education situation or not. To be able to determine the causes of meaningful, differences and which group or groups result from the `Scheffe test was used. At the result of the research it's seen that there are meaningful relations between organizational confidence levels of primary teachers and their opinions about the applications of performance management. It's seen that the opinions of primary school teachers about the applications of performance management are related in a medium positive way with the amount of trust to the manager, sensitivity of organizational confidence to the employments, being open to new things and communication.In the analyses that were made according to occupational priority, meaningful statistical differences were seen. According to these results; it's seen that occupational priority is an important factor for both organizational confidence and the performance management. By considering this point, better results can be taken while giving decisions about the performance management and organizational confidence.Key Words: Performance Management, Organizational Commitment, Primary Schools
