Relationship between perception of organizational identity and organizational adherence of primary school teachers (Sakarya as a model)

The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between perception of organizational identity and organizational adherence of primary school teachers. Total field under survey of this study is consisted of 2388 teachers working at primary schools in Sakarya in 2010-2011 Educational-Instructional academic year. Sampling of this study is also consisted of 311 teachers working at primary schools in Sakarya.This study is a kind of relational scanning,first concerned literature was scanned then datas was summed with the scales of ?organizational identity? and ?organizational adherence?studied their validity and reliability. In the scale of ? organizational identity?septet likert scale was used,,in the scale of ?organizational adherence?fivepoint likert scale was used. In the analysing of datas got by surveying instruments,SPSS 11.5 statistics program was used.Descriptive survey model was used in relational survey. Survey model is a research aims to illustrate the state in the past and now. Relational scanning model is a research approach aims to determine between two or more variable the substance or degree of change. It?s the studying of relationship between perception of organizational identity and organizational adherence of primary school teachers.Moreover,is the level of organizational identity and organizational adherence of teachers different in terms of sex,marital status,branch,supported or not supported by directors,appreciated or not by directors,suffecienty of fee,age,educational background,length of service and area of employment was studied. According to the results of analyzing of fulfilled statics,it?s seen that there is a relationship between organizational identity and organizational adherence.Key words: Identity, Organizational Identity, Organizational Adherence.
