The opinions of elemantry school managers and teachers related to school structure

The purpose of this study is to examine the perceives of elementary school managers and teachers related to current school structure and the future one.In this study qualitative research method was used. The study was analyzed using descriptive survey method. The data in this study was obtained by using interview technique. The study is consisted of 137 people working at elementary schools in Bolu central province at 2008-2009 educational year 20 of whom are school managers and 117 are teachers. In the study, maximum variety sampling method was used. The thoughts of the participants were obtained by using interview form which contains four questions and school structure scenarios acquired from the literature.
