Abstract (EN)
Motivation can be described as a period that is used to make the employees of the organization move towards the individual?s and organizational?s aims. The subject of motivation is a thing that both personals of organizaton and the administrators are responsible about it. The common problem of all the organizations are to make the employee work efficiently to reach the aims of the organizations. There is a positive correlation between the motivation of employee and the success. Efficiency and the succsess of the organizations depend on the administrations? efficiency and the success rather than employees?. Success of the administrator also depends on the work of the employees towards the organizational aims. In other words, the performance of the employee is closely related to motivation of them. For this reason, the administrators should be taking into account the term of motivation. Future of countries depends on whether the educational organizations are able to carry out their functions or not. In this context, ters? motivation has an important aspect in education in order to contribute to the quality of education. The administrators of the organizations may be used motivation to be reached the organization to its aims. A questionaire has been developed to understand the effect of school administrators on teachers? motivation and the questionaire is implemented to sample group. All the questionaires that were filled by the 518 teachers of branches and 164 administrators of the primary schools have been assesed. The SPSS 13 packet programme has been used to asses the data. To analyze data, describing statistics like frequence, percentage, aritmethic mean, standart deviation and parametric statistical technics like T-test and ANOVA were used. The motivational methods stand for organizational and administrative dimension are used most and they are the ones that have the highest motivating degree for teachers according to the data. The motivation methods standing in the psycho-social dimension are the ones that are used in medium frequency and its motivating degree perceived as highs The frequency of XVI the usage of the motivation methods that have materially existence are perceived as low by both of the groups.
