Abstract (EN)
In this academical study; organizational commitment levels of the class teachers who work in Sakarya according to their allocation units have been tried to define.In this study;a-Effective Commitment levels towards their organizations of the teachers according to the allocation units where they work,b-Continuance commitment levels towards their organizations of the teachers according to the allocation units where they work,c-Normative commitment levels towards their organizations of the teachers according to he allocation units where they work,d-Whether being a meaningful relationship between the teachers genders and their commitments towards the organizations,e-Whether being a meaningful relationship between the teachers ages and their commitments towards the organizations,f-Whether being a meaningful relationship among organizational commitment levels according to the school varieties have been researched.The research consists of two parts. In the first port meterial and method of the research have been discussed. The second part contains the oretical knowledges. And in the third part, the data gained from the research has been explained and also the results and the suggestions have been defined. A questionnaire consisting of three parts was used as the data collecting instrument for the research.This questionnaire administered to 313 classroom teachers being in Adapazarı,Sakarya and Sapanca.
