Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine primary school teachers? tendencies towards being administrators. 145 teachers from 12 schools, chosen via random sampling constituted the sample group in the study. Scale previously devised by Aksu (2003) was used as a tool for data collection. SPSS 13 was used in the analysis of the data. Scale consisted of two dimensions entitled as individual tendency and general tendency. Participants were determined to have tendency towards being administrators.Key Words: Primary school teachers, administrators, tendency.
