Abstract (EN)

In this investigation , in İlköğretim Okulları who worked as a expected from inspectors and it determine of level work.director and teachers that In investigation to determine demografic pecularity of director and teachers , the pool was developed for how must be it in expected practice and this pool constitue of investigation. Anket pool was prepared according to five Likert Ölçeği. This pool is ,definetly enaugh , enaugh , I?m undecided and not enaugh. How is it as for , I?m waiting definetly , I?m waiting , I?m undecided , I?m not waiting , I?m not waiting definetly . It was prepared ansver these guestions. It was compared thinking about sexuality , branch , seniority , duity in school, inspection number and use of inspection. In statistic analysis , there are found meanningful results showed and estimated in table (p<0,005) .If there are no difference in group , it was not showed in thesis. Theoretical of investigation was provided about relivent resources. The investigation conjusts to Bayrampaşa İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü İlköğretim Okulları to eight in centre of İstanbul. The investigation showed that estimate of inspectors about their level of dispersion , majority undecided , how are their behaviour so they are waiting defenetly and the inspector estimates to teachers , and the majority are not enaugh , how do behaviours of inspectors and the majority are waiting defenetly. The inspection showed that director and teachers expect not come true and the suggestions developed for expects come true.
