The evaluation of perceptions of teachers with regards to instructional leadership behaviors of primary

The aim of this reseacrh is to determine the views of primary school teachers regarding their directors' instructional leadership and to what extent they carry it out. This research will be conducted among teachers and principals of Kayseri's primary schools. The sample will be from 208 primary teachers working between 2014 and 2015 academic years in Bünyan, Sarıoğlan and Felahiye. Descriptive survey model was used for this research. While analyzing the data, the researcher used (frequents, percentage, standart deviation, mean) deductive analyze (Independent Sample, t test, One- way ANOVA). Based on the research result, primary school principal are "mostly" fulfilling their educational leadershiprole. Also it was reached to the similar results with teachers based on the sex of and schools they graduated. There are differences between the teachers' seniority in their profession and their views on the schools they graduate from.
