It's qualitative study including opiuions of the primary and secondary school teachers abaout training of values and it's imlementati̇ons

This research indicates teacher opinions related to the value education in 2012-2013 educational year. Like (the obtained gaining, the necessity of value education, how to conduct value education, the necessity of conduction of prior values, the solution of global and local value conflict, the role of teacher as a preacher, etc.) According to the qualified research approach, a semi-constructed interview form was handed-out to 16 teachers occupied in Istanbul/Atasehir district in 2012-2013 educational year and the final data was reviewed within qualified data solution technique, inneranalysis and description of all aspects. The participants were 9 male and 7 female in sum 16 educators. Also related to our research we asked the opinions of 3 form , 1 science, 1 tech-design,2 maths,1 speceducation, 1 Turkish language,1 social science,1, arts, 2 Physical Education,2 Theology and Moral Science,1 school guidance teachers. It was a practitioner of example of maximum diversity situation within aim-based exemplification methods. The data was collected in 2012-2013 educational year. The summary of data-analysis is followed as: 1. Teachers as participants, indicated that, value education is a great necessity, parents are not eligible enough to conduct global value education, schools would remain inadequate without mass-media, NGOs', social network sites and residential support. 2. It is stated by participants that the presently system remains only in theory not in practice. 3. It seems in our daily education system that, value education does not directly affect student success, so that it is not counted enough by parents and the students themselves. 4. It is stated that the topics of value education should be syllabized as social facilities or activities indeed.
