Opinions of form teachers and guidance teachers working in primary schools on individualized education program team

In this study, it's aimed that assesing opinions of form teachers and guidance teachers working in primary schools on individualized education program team. Population is composed with purposive sampling by 5 form teachers and 5 guidance teachers working in primary schools in Maltepe district directorate of national education in İstanbul in 2015-2016 academic year. It's asked 11 questions to asses teachers' opinions. Study datas are collected by semi-structured interview from qualitative data method. While preparing questions on interview form, it's received opinions of two leading experts. According to research results findings; it's observed that teachers think that IEP's are useful. It's observed that head of IEPT did not take part in the meetings, there by other members of the unit carried out the meetings. It's observed that school administrators known as heads of IEPT support teachers with materials. Head of IEPT provide opport unities and possibilities to teachers on preparing IEP. Also again, head of IEPT of some schools did not help teachers with implementation of IEP and head of IEPT some schools did his best for teachers with implementation of IEP. Monitoring and evaluation of IEP's, head of IEPT of some schools did his best in some schools and head of IEPT of some schools could not help teachers. Also it's observed that head of IEPT performs better in schools center of district, have better physical conditions and in terms of better social economic class parent profile. It's observed that guidance teachers provide the needful help to form teachers with implementation of IEP. It's observed that form teachers did IEP's not with criteria and method of evolation but persuasi on evolation. It's observed that form teachers also go to help from guidance teachers on reporting phase of IEP's. It's observed that it's mentioned about itinerant teacher legally, but there is not in practice. Also there is a special education asses ingauthority member as a itinerant teacher legally, but there is not in practice. It's observed that parents could indicate their requirements and their childrens requirements in the process of IEP. It's observed that parents take part in intramural and extramural activities to support achievements of IEP. It's observed that students are not the stage of indicating their achievements in their IEP's. It's observed that students did fulfil responsibilities to indicate their achievements which they want them to take part in their IEP's.
