Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of the teachers working in the central province of Bolu for strategic planning and school culture and also to determine if there is a meaningful relationship between these perceptions, and also according to teachers' the demographic characteristics, to determine if there is a statistically significant relationship between the perceptions for strategic planning and school culture. The population performed by relational scan model is consist of all of the 412 teachers working in formal primary schools located center of Bolu province during the 2015-2016 academic year. In this study 326 teachers were reached. In this study, " Strategic Planning Perception Scale", "Assessing Strategic Planning Applications Scale" and "School Culture Scale" were used as a meusurement tool. Data were analyzed with SPSS program and frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis and Spearman Rho Correlation Analysis were used. According to the results of this study, the teachers' perceptions about strategic planning, evaluation of strategic planning application and school culture are at the level of many agree. it was found to be positive side at the level of middle and significantly relationship between teachers' perceptions of school culture and strategic planning. It was observed that there were significantly differences in personal variables such as participation in strategic planning, age, graduation, teachers' strategic planning according to the seniority variables, evaluation of strategic planning applications and school culture. It is recommended strengthening the school culture for confirming school strategic planning prepared in school to be effective, sustainable, permanently.
