Abstract (EN)

This research has been applied for the first time in the 2018-2019 academic year and continued in the 3rd and 4th grades of primary schools. The aim of this study was to determine how the Primary Education Program (IYEP) was evaluated by teachers and administrators. The population of this study is composed of the teachers who are applying IYEP courses in primary schools applying the Primary School Education Program in the Tarsus district of Mersin province and the managers who are interested in the courses in the schools. All of the teachers and managers in the sample were tried to be reached and 239 people were returned. The data were collected by Demographic Information, Specific Objectives of the Program, Principles of the Program, Type and Content of the Program, Survey and Assessment Approaches of the Program. In the first part of the scale consisting of five parts, the personal information, in the second part, 13 questions to measure the program's specific objectives, in the third part 6 questions to measure the principles of the program, in the fourth part 10 questions to measure the type and content of the program, in the fifth part 11 questions were taken to measure the measurement evaluation of the program. . The data obtained from the scales were analyzed with the help computer. According to the information obtained from the study, it has been concluded that women are more effective in the IYEP program than men, there is no difference according to seniority, there is no significant difference in the department and education levels of the managers and teachers.According to the data obtained from administrators and teachers, the principles of the program, the type and content of the program and the assessment and evaluation approaches of the IYEP program were found to be highly effective, but the specific objectives of the program were partly effective.
