Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is to make a micro scale analysis in which real results are observed within the framework of ILO decent work components. The micro-level study makes this research important and distinguishes from other studies because the most of the studies carried out within the scope of decent work is discussed on a macro scale. Although the components of decent work measured and defined in detail by the ILO's, applicable tangible of systematic structure is difficult to achieve in real terms in Turkey. However, researchers were curious about the effectiveness of these component reflections at the micro level. The Decent Work components of the International Labor Organization (ILO) are limited to 10 sub-indicators within the framework of four main components of labor rights, employment, social protection and social dialogue. In the study, 7 firms have been analyzed at the micro level with the questionnaire and formal interview tools of the mixed method in the context of decent work components (and indicators). It is concluded that the firms are in compliance with decent work standards in 3 out of 10 categories.
