Abstract (EN)

Business enterprises need to improve current way of their work and evaluate the corporate performance regard to increased competition, customer demands, technological developments and economic conditions. An efficient performance management depends on appropriate measurement and evaluation of entire enterprise activities. Business enterprises require an understandable, enforceable and flexible performance measurement system to realize this assessment. This study proposes a dynamic performance evaluation tool for manufacturing SMEs which play a major role in country's economy. In the proposed model inherent characteristics of SMEs such as having scarce resources are taken into account. The model has been implemented in manufacturing SMEs and has been revised according to the feedbacks from managers and employees. The weights of performance criteria's in the model are determined with hybrid use of Fuzzy DEMATEL and Fuzzy ANP methods.
