A task based approach in speaking Arabic at imam hatip high schools

Teaching speaking Arabic as a Foreign Language at İmam Hatip High Schools isvery important. In this study, how to use activities in teaching speaking Arabic has beenexamined. The aim was to prepare activities that make teaching speaking Arabic funnyand long lasting.In the first section, the aim of the study, its importance, limitations, hypothesis,definitions were addressed and the methods of this research were mentioned.The second section was dedicated to Teaching Foreign Language and Arabic inTurkey, related researches and Teaching Speaking Skills.Teaching speaking Arabic based on activities and using the activities inteaching speaking Arabic takes place in the third chapter.In the fourth section, the exercises of speaking Arabic based on activities werementioned.In the last part of the study, results and suggestions were given.
