Abstract (EN)
Change in the globalized world affects the educational systems of countries. Our country's education system is also adapting to developments in the world. In 2016, "Project School" was launched as a new model to improve quality in the education system. Additionally, Anatolian Imam Hatip High Schools also launched program diversity in 2014. This study aims to explore the diversity of the programs and practices of these schools; students, teachers and school administrators' satisfaction with project school practices, the adequacy of social, cultural and professional activities held in the schools, the level of institutional loyalty and the dimension of the relationship between stakeholders. The quantitative part of the research is structured in the descriptive model and the qualitative part is structured in the case study model. Research was conducted with 35 project AİHL, 4802 students, 704 teachers and 30 administrators in 2018-2019. As a result of the research, students and teachers' satisfaction with project school practices were determined at a high level; in the administrative dimension, this practice is mostly seen as beneficial. While institutional loyalty was moderate among students, teachers' satisfaction with school loyalty was positive. School administrators were also expressed a positive loyalty. Students' satisfaction with their teachers was high, while their satisfaction with their friends and administrators were moderate. Teachers and administrators' satisfaction with other school stakeholders were observed as high. It was found that students' satisfaction with the adequacy of activities held in the schools was moderate, while administrators' satisfaction was mostly positive.
