The importance of twelve imams in Imamiyya Shia

Shia is a word that means friend-supporter and is the common name of groups that believe that the caliphate is the right of Hazrat Ali through "nass and assignment" after the passing of muhammad and claim that innocent imams continue this institution. The "imâmet nazareth", which usually forms the backbone of Shiiteism, is an important issue for this sect. Limiting the number of imams who have reached the present day with Nass and his appointment to twelve, İsnâaşeriyye equilished one's faith with believing in these twelve insinuations and even showed how important it is to the sect by building the belief system on this issue. Our work, in which we emphasize the importance of the twelve imam principles, consists of introduction, three sections and the conclusion. In the introduction section; the scope of the study, the purpose and importance of the research, the methods of the research. In chapter one; We gave a general information about the meaning of the concept of Shiiteism, the establishment process of Shiiteism and the Shiite factions. In the second part; We included the "institution of imâmet and the lives of twelve imams", which constitutes the basic doctrine of the Imamiye sect, which comes to mind when it comes to Shiiteism and today's Shiiteism. In the third part; We gave information about the naming of the Imamiye Shia, which stands out among the Shiite schools with its distinctive characteristics and constitutes the main sect of our subject, the establishment process, what are the principles of faith and the importance of twelve imams. As a result, he claimed that this system would continue until the apocalypse, and that this system would continue until the, trying to prove that the earth would not without judgment with the need for innuendo before. Accordingly, we have concluded that Imamiyye, unlike Shia, has added the number of imams and the issue of unseen to the doctrine of the imam.
