Abstract (EN)
Transfer of development rights is a modern land protection and use method in which development rights are transferred from sending areas designated as protection zones to the receiving areas designated as development zones. In this study, within the framework of the legal regime of transfer of development rights, we have examined the emergence of the institution, features and which needs are fulfilled. In this context, the regulations in our legislation were examined and it has been evaluated what could be the most appropriate and ideal legal regulation for our legal system.
