Building regulation processes relating to construction works, experienced problems and solution suggestions

In this study, to analyse how the necessarily to be done legal mechanisms work during the execution of architectural services, to determine the basic problems of the current system by taking into account the problems experienced in practice, and to develop solutions for creating a better system have been targeted.In this context primarily; our building regulations has been evaluated along with development process, then the processes like project approval, construction permission, construction checking, permission to use a construction, building sanction mechanisms done after planning in municipalities have been investigated. Lastly, proposals have been trying to develop for the problems encountered during the applications in building units at connected counties of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.
