The impact of discrimination on women in small businesses in Palestine

This study will try to examine persistent gender discrimination faced by Palestinian women despite advancements toward equality. By analyzing the shift from traditional roles to entrepreneurship, it investigates drivers pushing women to seek autonomy. Using qualitative methods, particularly focus groups and interviews, the research captures evolving perspectives and experiences. Findings will try to reveal a link between workplace discrimination, women leaving jobs, and pursuing entrepreneurship. The study sheds light on the unique challenges of Palestinian women, contributing to gender equality discourse and entrepreneurial understanding.
