In the contemporary era characterized by pervasive digital connectivity, this research delves into the profound implications of digitalization within the banking sector. Specifically, the study investigates the influence of digital advertising tools on client satisfaction with electronic services in Islamic banks situated in Turkey, Pakistan, and Malaysia. The research encompasses a sample size of 260 respondents, and a comprehensive methodology, comprising both descriptive and analytical approaches, was employed to address the study's objectives and fulfill its overarching purpose. The outcomes of this research reveal a statistically significant impact of digital marketing tools within the realm of Islamic banking on clients' satisfaction with electronic services across the three aforementioned countries. The study not only sheds light on the statistical relationships uncovered but also underscores the broader significance of digital marketing in shaping the daily lives of clients. In light of the findings, this paper puts forth meaningful recommendations that carry important implications for policymakers, Islamic banking professionals, and practitioners alike. By acknowledging the measurable impact of digital marketing instruments, stakeholders in the Islamic banking sector can glean valuable insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance the overall satisfaction of their clientele.
