Abstract (EN)
Disease caused by coronavirus 2, which causes SARS, has been identified as COVID-19 this year (SARS-CoV-2). An asymptomatic condition to an acute respiratory distress syndrome and multi-organ failure may be caused by COVID-19. Samples were collected from Al-Kindi Teaching Hospital University in Baghdad, Iraq, between December 15, 2021 and April 30, 2022, from patients with low Na++ levels (37), with normal Na++ levels (37), with high K+ levels (37), and from two patients who were excluded from the patient samples, all of whom had high levels of D. Dimer in their systems. Urea and creatinine levels differed significantly (p<0.0001) between the patient groups and the control group, while Na++ and K+ levels exhibited substantial variations (p<0.05). While all patients groups exhibited raised DEFa1 levels when compared to the control group, all patients groups had elevated ADHlevels (p <0.0001). All patients with coronavirus showed a significant increase in WBC (p=0.002), Ferritin, D.Dimer, and LDH concentrations (p=0.0001), as well as a decrease in LYM (p=0.0001).
