Abstract (EN)
The Papaver somniferum plant has an economical importance at world as our country so, because of it contains alkaloids that have medical importance. In our study, Papaver somniferum that contains most important alkaloids like morphine, codeine and thebaine is growth at in vitro conditions. We use Marushige-Skoog medium as feed medium and growth Papaver somniferum is subcultured to fresh feed medium every two weeks. At in vitro conditions, the growth Papaver somniferum is left in germination room and light at 20°C. At vegetative term Papaver somniferum were getting from feed medium and left for dryness. After this, extraction is applied to dry plant. Quantitative analyse of extracting alkaloids alkaloids were maden by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The analyse results that we found are compared with other reviews data. Keywords: The Papaver somniferum, In Vitro Conditions, Marushige-Skoog Medium, High Performance Liquid Chromatography
