Özet (EN)

The Robotic Tandem welding is very important in the productivity of mass production in the industrial production from day to day. The correct parameters are not possible which is selected without the hundreds experiments. Especially, tandem welding of thin sheet is very problem, in the industrial production. In this study was looked into the features of mechanic and microstructure used to robotic tandem welding of thin sheets. The aim of study was the productivity of production in the industrial. Tandem welding is a joining process occurred with merging of two different isolated wires in same domain. The main feature of this method is adjustable welding speeds of two independent wires in the same domain. Alteration of welding speed in two stage changes welding penetration. This method comes to the for with rapid welding advantage and provides good penetration efficiency. After determining of fixed and adjustable parameters of welding process, welding coordination was performed by references of DIN EN ISO 15614. 1.2 mm diameter SG2 welding wire is used for welding filling material in welding processes. The wire feed speed values of 4.5; 6.5 and 7.5 m/min and linear welding speed values of 100, 110, 120 and130 cm/min are selected. This study was commented on the changing of welding domains in metallurgical properties of inside in the test processes of destructive and non-destructive methot. The tensile test and non-notched of charpy impact tests were commented on for the mechanic features of domains. The analysises of SEM, EDX and XRD were looked into with the examing of macrostructure and microstructure properties. The lead wire speed and position affected in wire feed speed of welding was determined with the quality of parameters in robotic tandem gas metal arc welding.
