Abstract (EN)

In this study, the aerospace industry has a large area of nickel-based super alloy Inconel 718 high-pressure jets of material workability under cooling conditions are investigated. A computer-controlled lathes used in the experiments, and PVD-coated carbide cutting tools are preferred. High-pressure jet coolant cooling system with different pressures (6, 100, 200 and 300 bar) is used in the cutting process. In addition, the process of turning 2mm constant depth of cut and different progression rates (0.1, 0.125, 0.15, 0175, and 0.2 mm / rev) were chosen. With different water pressure and feed rate, cutting forces and surface roughness were obtained. Tangential and feed forces were measured by a dynamometer. Studies in progress with increasing shear forces and increased surface roughness, cutting forces increase the pressure of cooling water, a certain amount has decreased.
