Abstract (EN)
Heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen have always been an interesting area in organic chemistry due to their diverse biological activities. Indole derivatives, one of the heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen, also have various physiological properties and have been included in the structure of many drugs. In this thesis study, the triptamine containing an indole ring is selected with the hope of showing potential physiological properties and its dipeptide derivatives are prepared. In this context, eight new dipeptide-triptamine derivatives were synthesized, and their structures were clarified by NMR, IR, and elemental analysis methods, and their physical properties were determined.
