Abstract (EN)
Induction and melting method in principle; It is a system that aims to create variable currents within the workpiece by inducing voltage on the workpiece placed inside a coil that can create a magnetic field with a power source that can produce the required frequency. Since this system operates with high efficiency, it does not create environmental pollution and is preferred because of the very small heat loss. Coatings produced with Nİ-based alloys are widely used in many foreheads of the industry as they resist erosion, corrosion and other tribological events. Ni-based coatings are also widely used in ceramic coatings because of their high bonding strength. NiCrBSi alloys, which will be given as an example of NI-based coatings, are preferred in many coating methods because they have corrosion and high wear resistance. This is due to the fluidity of the metals in the NiCrBSi alloy, the reduction of the point to the adult, the formation of various phases, high resistance to corrosion and oxidation. In this study, Cr3C2 reinforced metal matrix composite coatings with NiCrBSi matrix were produced by induction melting method. NiCrBSi and NiCrBSi- Cr3C2 reinforced mixtures were made into a crucible of AISI 4140 stainless steel and placed on the chamber. Coating layers obtained from different production parameters were cut along the cross-section and polished with SiC sanders in different layers. After polishing and easing, microstructural and mechanical properties were examined. Some samples showed hard borure and cabaur structures such as Ni3B, CrB, Cr23C6, Cr7C3. These excesses appeared in the microsertial results, which made the structure quite hard. In the study, it was determined that the conflicting phases and hardness value of the structure increased with the increase in the mixture rate.
