Abstract (EN)
It?s aimed that clarifing the changes of the number of ovarian follicles, follicle diameters and CL diameters which is happened on effects to relative humidity and ambient temperature related to season in this research. A total of 400 multiparous Brown Swiss and their hybrid cows from Elazıg were used as material in the study. Ovaries were immediately separated from other genital organs after slaughtered of cows. Some criters were used like; vascularisation, internal and external appearance, diameters of follicles and corpus luteum for determine of cyclic phases and morphological evaluation of functional structure on ovaries of cows. There were 10.946 follicles on 400 double ovaries and this follicles were classificated as; 3-5 mm (Group I), 6-9 mm (Group II), 10 mm (Group III) and then each groups follicles were counted. Diameters of DF, SF and CL were measured. Ambient temperatures and relative humidity for use in calculating of THI and climatic data were obtained from reports prepared at the Department of Meteorology in Elazıg. Temperature/Humidity Index level and ovarian physiology are releated to each other, so it?s connected to this case that follicular dynamics and corpora lutea are affected in kinds of degrees. In parts of seasonal changes which is researched releated with ovarian physiology that they are also effected by the other enviromental factors which is not related whit heat stress was evaluated. In conclusion; in purpose of protecting from negative effects related with seasonal temperature and reproductive performances of Brown Swiss and their hybrid cows which are grown in the area of Elazıg that it?s useful to pay attention to application of cooling programme on summer, avoiding from sudden chances of care or nourishment during season passing and be careful to energy balance of ration on throughout of year was evaluated. At the new studies which is related with the subject that it?s useful to consider especially passing from spring to summer and proping up diagnosis with hormon analysis appearing unknown reasons of pregnancy rate which is noticed that it decreased was believed.
