Abstract (EN)

Burnout, which is severe and persistent fatigue caused by long-term stress at work, has become a common situation in organizations today . The first studies on burnout found the existence of this phenomenon, especially in professions that bring individuals to people.Based on the basic hypothesis that the physical activity and occupational burnout levels of the guards working in Bitlis province change, this study aims to determine the physical activity and occupational burnout levels of the civil servants and to measure whether the independent variables are effective. and examine the relationship between these two concepts. It was revealed that there was a weak, negative and significant relationship between the general activity levels of the guards and the levels of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. As the person's physical activity and duration increase, the degree of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization will decrease. In the study, t-test and analysis of variance were applied to compare the burnout levels of the participants according to gender, marital status and age. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between the burnout levels of the participants and physical activity. Spss ( version 24.0 ) package program was used for the analysis .
