Influence of agile leadership on job satisfaction of employees

The thesis paper investigates if there is really a relationship between agile leadership and job satisfaction, or if the agile approach of the leaders in the organization has any chance to increase the satisfaction rate of their employees. Agile leadership is characterized by the leader's flexible and employee-centric approach towards them. Traditional leadership approaches, outcomes, and employee satisfaction are compared with available results from agile leadership approaches and outcomes. I have done a comprehensive literature review of agile leadership theories and the job satisfaction of subordinates. Considering available resources and references, I collected data using established questions regarding agile leaders and subordinates' job satisfaction factors and tried to understand the underlying correlation between the leadership approach and job satisfaction while considering factors like the role of autonomy, team dynamics, and leadership behaviors.The study involves employees from agile organizations and uses descriptive and inferential statistical methods to identify significant correlations between agile leadership practices and employee job satisfaction. Key findings indicate that agile leadership practices positively correlate with higher job satisfaction. Additionally, demographic variables such as age, gender, and education level were examined to determine if they have any influence on perceived job satisfaction under agile leadership. This study will be helpful to those managers who are looking to maximize leadership tactics and improve employee satisfaction and overall organizational success. Organizations might be able to develop a more productive and supportive workforce and environment by better supporting their workers by knowing the factors of agile leadership that influence job satisfaction.
