Abstract (EN)
It is known that exercise positively affects the state of health, increases physical fitness, regulates November metabolism and energy homeostasis. Nov November Myokines, which are related to energy metabolism and muscle renewal capacity, provide support to active muscles with regular exercises. Myokines are cytokines and proteins secreted as a result of contraction of skeletal November muscles. Considering myokines as critical intermediaries within organ communication networks has been instrumental in developing a new understanding of the molecular basis of exercise. Myokines have effects on lipid and glucose metabolism, browning of white fat, bone formation, endothelial cell function, hypertrophy, insulin sensitivity, skin structure and tumor growth. It is thought that myokines may be effective in fighting cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular or neurodegenerative diseases, or may be used as useful biomarkers in monitoring the type and amount of exercise required to prescribe exercise. Therefore, extensive research is being conducted on the identification and functional characterization of myokines. Many myokines are not secreted into the circulation and act as autocrine November or November factors in skeletal muscle, playing a role in muscle mass, fat oxidation, glucose uptake, insulin sensitivity. Some of the myokines that vary depending on diabetes and exercise can be listed as irisin, myonectin, interleukin 15 (IL-15), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). Irisin is involved in regulating the body's metabolism by converting white adipose tissues into brown adipose tissues that have more mitochondria thanks to exercise. During exercise, FNDC5/irisin, secreted from peripheral muscles, crosses the blood November barrier and stimulates BDNF expression in the hippocampus. BDNF plays an important role in various aspects of plasticity in the developing and adult brain. November Tue is released into the bloodstream by muscle contraction and is functionally similar to insulin because it promotes the uptake of fatty acids into cells by increased expression of fatty acid transport genes. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effects of these muscle-secreted myokines on the aerobic effect in patients who have suffered an ischemic stroke. Nov. The study included 35 patient groups and 35 control group individuals. Aerobic exercise was given to the patient group and the control group was followed up with a home program. At the beginning of treatment of patients and at the end of treatment (6.Dec) blood samples taken between 08:00 and 10:00 in the morning and serum myonectin, Irisin, BDNF and IL-15 levels will be checked with the ELISA kit. If the patient group who does not do aerobic exercise and is given a home program, a blood sample will be taken between Dec 08:00 and Dec 10:00 on the same day as the treatment group and it will be checked whether there is a difference between the serum irisin, myonectin, BDNF and IL-15 and the baseline serum levels of the study group patients. Patients at the beginning of treatment and at the end of treatment (6.he will be evaluated by the same physician a total of 2 times a week). The idea that myokines such as irisin, myonvectin BDNF IL-15 can increase under the influence of aerobic exercise in stroke patients and thus accelerate recovery in different parts of the body has attracted the interest of many researchers along with the idea that it can accelerate the recovery in different parts of the body. We think that thanks to this research, our knowledge about the myokines that mediate the protective effect of exercise in ischemic stroke patients will increase, and these mechanisms will be better understood with other research that will advance this study.
