Examination of life satisfaction levels of inönü university faculty of sports sciences students

:Examination of Life Satisfaction Levels of Inönü University Faculty of Sports Sciences Students Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate life satisfaction levels of the students of faculty of sports science in terms of different variables. Material and method: The population of the research consists of 983 students studying at Inonu University Faculty of Sport Sciences, and the sample is composed of 622 students who composed of random selection method studying at Inonu University Faculty of Sport Sciences. In addition to the personal information form prepared by the researcher, "Satisfaction with Life Scale" developed by Diener, Griffin, Larsen and Emmons and adapted to Turkish by Köker was used in the research. In our study, Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the scale was determined as 0.81. Result: It is determined that there is no meaningful statistical difference between the point avarages of Satisfaction with Life Scale and students' gender, study field, sports branch, sports year variables (p˃0.05), but there is a remarkable statistical difference between the point avarages of Satisfaction with Life Scale and students' age, class, and income status variables (p<0.05). Conclusion: As the conclusion of the research, it is detected that gender, study field, sports branch, sports year variables are not effected on the satisfaction with life of sports sciences faculty students'. However, on the other hand, it is determined that age , class, and income status variables are effected on the satisfaction with life of sports sciences faculty students'.
