Impact of innovation culture on innovation a comparative research on the companies located in Turkey and Azerbaijan techno parks

In recent years, especially in the field of technology production, dizzying developments have been achieved and the leadership of sciences in technology production has been reversed in a sense. Capital, land, labor force, which are defined as critical resources specific to the Industrial Society, have been replaced by knowledge, individual skills and creativity. Today, the concept seen as a criterion of economic and social development and competitiveness is innovation. And the development of innovation and its positive contribution to national economies and living conditions are only directly related to the existence of a suitable ecosystem. In this study, after drawing the relevant theoretical framework, the relationship between innovation and innovation culture is to analyze and determine. The study consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, basic concepts related to innovation and the theoretical background, modern understanding and applications of innovation are explained. In the second chapter, the elements and models of the modern innovation ecosystem are defined. In the third chapter, techno parks and their role in the innovation ecosystem are explained. In the fourth chapter, innovation culture and determinants of innovation culture are explained. And finally, in the last chapter, the innovation culture research in terms of enterprises located in techno parks was carried out on the examples of Turkey and Azerbaijan.
