Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT: In recent years, the process of innovation has changed a lot. Companies have stepped up their efforts in globalization, the increasing competition, the growth of information and communication technologies, the pace of scientific, and technological development. The efficiency work of Research & Development has been strengthened, but the loss of applied research in the long ter mis reactively emerging as a decrease in private investments. In the past, large companies were able to delay innovation and protect themselves from changes in the name of benefiting from the fact that the products that make them a great fortune remain on the market for years. But in the current context of international competition, no company, big or small, can survive without innovation. Africa, in the other hand is playing a key role in the application of knowledge of development competition, in production and acquisition. There is still much to be done in order to diversify african economies and to transform these economies into innovation locomotives. The main objective of this research is: to determine the different trends of consumption in the innovation and to evaluate the impact of these consumer trends on consumer satisfaction.
