Abstract (EN)
Quality management means to satisfy the customer and it is managing and influencing all activities of a company. The needs of this managing process are been fulfilled by the managers. It is also important for the success of the company and their qualitative offers and the satisfaction of their customers. This form of management has been successfully performed in many sectors and we see that it is used by many small and big companies. Especially in Japan and USA, the birthplaces of this system we can come across with such successful examples. Also in Turkey this management form is used in some sectors and it has been very successful. In this thesis we will see how purposeful the construction companies are using the quality management with the developing technology, how it is influencing the quality, how proportional the requirements of the customers and the offers of the managers and the staff of the contractors and sub-contractors are. In this thesis, the variability of the manufacturing quality in the construction process is the evaluation, respecting the technical knowledge and experience of the contractor and sub-contractor staff.
