Abstract (EN)
One of the most important occupations that contribute to the development of our country is undoubtedly civil engineering. Graduates of Civil Engineering Department; executive / manager roles in the private and public sectors, they are also effective in application areas. Because of the fact that the civil engineer from all levels performing his profession departs from ethical concerns,damage occurs in constructions. Some of the buildings damages within the framework and the other ones result in collapse. From the design to the final stage of construction,engineers with authority and responsibility are directly or indirectly responsible for any loss of life or property caused by damages. Every individual who is educated with technical infrastructure and professional ethics in civil engineering education,will have the appropriate executive power and discipline and will never make consessions to occupational ethics principles under any circumtances. In creating ethical awareness; universities, public institutions and civil societyorganizations should play an active role.
