Defect distribution in occupational accidents in construction sector

In the current study, we aimed to reveal any necessity of such model for analysis of the root cause of work-related accidents in the study methods and investigate the systematic relation and correlation in between the correct interpretation of the causes of occupational accidents majorly in construction and mine industries causing huge losses in terms of moral and financial and their prevention activities. Any failure in prevention activities may lead to several accidents. These accidents result in health problems, work-related fatalities and amputations which are highly impossible to be recovered. In the current study, causes and sources of any accidents are interpreted due to lack of occupational health and safety management system approach based on a novel system safety approach which is continuously open to development. For all investigated management system, we have found out that all management systems are applied and used for every field of operation rather than a field-specific management system for every single profession. Here in this assay, 'accident' was initially identified and occupational health and safety management systems known as accident prevention tools were subsequently investigated. Moreover, in this management system, we examined the meaning of task and authorization together with responsibility and liability. In addition, type of work-related accidents and models and accident-case relations were analyzed. Besides, we tried to examine the methodologies in order to find out the root causes of work-related accidents. If the current system is seeking for individual responsible for punishment and/or compensations of damage/loss, a proper and causal connection is needed to set in between causes and responsible. Next, all possible legal liabilities in case of work-related accidents were schematically illustrated. Finally, work-related accident reports and capabilities of investigators commissioned by courts for the examination of defect distribution were systematically investigated. These investigations then lead us to conclude that there are no any district differences between accident report in construction sector and all others. More importantly, in current work-related accident report investigations, responsibilities and defect distribution were established without referencing any system safety approach.
