Abstract (EN)

The education levels of administrators of constracting firms in constructionsector and the effect of education on their success is examined throughout the thesisstudy. The effects of in profession training, foreign language knowledge and computerusage on success are also studied. The endorsements of the contractor firms and thepersonel income levels of administrators are accepted to be primary success indicators,as well as original achievements, rewards, publications, and firm and economical crisisadministration success are also examined.The results of questionnaires are analyzed by using package computer programsand presented visually by graphics.It is believed that the rise in the education levels of administrators of contractorfirms will have a positive effect on the success of the construction sector. The results ofthe thesis study will be beneficial for civil engineering departments, as well as all otherdepartments dealing with technical education.
