Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to develop online materials on the subject of "Endocrine System in Human" and determine their effect on learning and to determine the opinions of students and teachers about the developed materials and biology lesson. 13 11th grade students from a high school in Çankaya Region and 4 biology teachers working in high schools in Çankaya Region participated in the study. The study is single group.Quantitative and qualitative data collection tools were included in the research and the research is one group pre-test post-test design, one of the experimental designs with poor quantitative design. The qualitative research design is "Action Study". In the research, the questions prepared with the problem scenario, concept maps, puzzles, cartoons, online tests, analogies, and the materials prepared by using encryption on the subject of "The Human Endocrine System" were made holistic together with the meaning of the subject. At the same time, an achievement test for the subject was developed by the researcher and semi-structured interview questions were prepared to get student views. One month after the students saw the subject at school, the achievement test was administered to the students as a pre-test, and then the lectures were made with the materials developed to the students. After 1 month after this expression, the achievement test was applied to the students as a post-test. After these applications, one-to-one semi-structured interviews were made with students and teachers, and the analysis of the data was made by content analysis method. According to the results of the research, it was determined that there is a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test results of the students. As a result of the qualitative analysis based on the results of the interview, they stated that the students liked the lesson materials developed and that they provided permanent learning by helping to learn the subject. Teachers stated that they liked the developed materials and would use them in their lessons.
