Abstract (EN)
Key words: human factors engineering, ergonomics, job design, performance, CTD, occupational diseases, human physiology, human production interactionOne of the biggest effects of industrial life is relationship of human and production. Development of production technologies is rises fast but human physiology wasn?t rise same speed.Work designers concentrated machine, rent, raw materials and capital for production with industrial revolution. They think human is disturbance factor for production system. However, all research showed the most critical point in ensuring productivity is human factorWork designers have tried to determine the limits of human physiology. They have tried to ensure optimal integration human with production facility and work flows.Civil society organizations and governments work improving for working conditions and business rights in developing and enriching communities. This event creat another face of human with production relations. Companies, employees in the face of future accidents and diseases have been kept responsible for the material and spiritual. Human-production designs has become important for this liability.The study were investigated human, work-human relations and human disturbance factors . More of events which encountered in any sectors and business detaily investigated with some examples. the basic frames of events identified with ergonomic perspectives, attempts to find solutions
