Abstract (EN)
The right of protection of private life is regulated in European Convention on Human Rights art. 8. As to the Regulation, every person has the right to claim respection of his or her privacy, family life, privacy of the home and communication. Supreme Power as to urgent measure of democratic society and legal arrangement, can be discussed to intervene only protection of national security, public interest, welfare of state, public order, to prevent to commit an offense, health and moral or right an freedom of others.Key Words:1.
