Özet (EN)

The purpose of this study; The aim is to develop an alternative calculation method that will allow the manufacture of a sustainable prosthesis that fits the living conditions of the person in order to determine the forces coming to the knee disarticulation prosthesis to be applied to the individual. It has been thought that a personalized prosthesis will be obtained in order for the person to continue his life more comfortably and to carry the load under more suitable conditions. With this thought, a limited method has been developed for the calculation and analysis of the loads and moments on the prosthesis to be worn on the body. MATLAB, Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench programs were used to validate these design and analysis results comparatively. In the MATLAB program, the solution of the kinematic equations was obtained depending on the person and prosthesis weight parameters determined by the range of motion of -60/-15 degrees. Linear and angular position-velocity-acceleration analyzes were obtained within the range of motion of -60/0 degrees by establishing the model of the prosthetic leg in Solidworks program. The material properties of the prosthetic leg, modeled on the ANSYS Workbench program, were included in the general problem and static analysis results were obtained at the maximum force position. Comparison of results when comparing results using the three specified programs is understood to show. In this type of prostheses, the need for engineer-doctor collaboration has emerged due to the analysis of anatomical features as well as kinematics.
