Abstract (EN)

In today?s conditions of competition, the potential source that establishments will use to head competitors is people. In terms of this point, finding and inquiring employees is significant for the organization to exist and develop. Internet used as an outside source in the process of hiring makes up a big range of market with the rapidly increasing number of users and by blocking classical sources in terms of human resources. Today?s establishments have started using Internet more during the process of hiring by realizing its advantages like fast communication, ease-of-use, saving time that Internet enables.The aim of this study is to introduce the effects of Internet on this process with an analysis of the way of using Internet. At this point, the process of finding employees and staffing has been analyzed in a detailed way; effects of the origin of Internet and statistics of usage have been introduced; the way establishments use Internet to find employees, advantages, disadvantages and the reasons of preference have been explained. In addition to literature, 11 websites on human resources that establishments largely prefer using have been analyzed in terms of their contents. In this study, the advantages, disadvantages and the characteristic properties of these websites have been introduced.Keywords:Finding Human Resource, İnternet, The Websites Of Job and Human Resource,
