A study on special safety institutions and employees of human resources: The example of Yalova province

In this study, questions related to job satisfaction were asked to private security employees in socio demographic framework and job satisfaction was discussed. In this context, issues such as management approaches affecting work motivations of private security employees, working conditions, friendship relations, rewarding-motivation, commitment to work were discussed and specific questions were sought. In the study, the literature was examined in the light of the sources believed to be related to the subject and which were thought to contribute to the research and development of the subject and the suggestions were presented in the context of the results. The results of this study are; The awareness of raising the working conditions of the private security workers to the human level when the basic security feeling is brought to the society together with the necessity of the special security workers and their families to be subjected to different training compared to the other individuals of the society, the negative effect of the working conditions, increasing the training given to reach the regular economic level, awareness of public awareness. The study was terminated by presenting recommendations on these results.
