Abstract (EN)
In this study the changes in human resources Management, that occurred as in many other areas as a result of the information society transformation, are examined in the context of human resources information systems. Although the system is advocated to make the information sharing at a lower cost and the efficiency at more quality level so supports the re-organization efforts, differentiation from the past in information sharing, information manipulation, enabling management control and some other different views are neglected about these systems. According to the research findings obviously it is seen that these programs support the managers to make more sound decisions. However the managers? benefit from information sharing as one of the fundamental paradigms of information society, they can also reach all kinds of specified information about the employee and this enables the managers to fulfill their control function more efficiently. HRIS could be considered as two faced like janus. The important thing is ethical principals of the organization, privacy and security issues about the data stored in HRIS giving the user confidence about the system and the administration. By the way the dilemma would be passed over. The research of this study consists of two parts. First part is a survey in a company. Returned 167 inquiries from 450 employees evaluated by using SPSS 17.0 to analyze the relations between departments, employees and their ideas about HRIS.Second part is an interview with six employees from six different departments. Hypothesis are interpreted by research findings and a result is gained.
