Practise of the human resources planning: Example of İşbir Synthet

One of the primary aims in organizations is to get ahead their rivals by keeping pace with new technology and settlement in market developing and changing in parallel with these developments. Managements of the organization function through personnels in certain quantity and quality in order to survive in this large and developed market and to be called the best organization in their fields. However sometimes, they can come up against time drain cases like personnels' sudden death, long lasting diseases or quit due to different special causes. This can generate supernumerary functioning contrary when management want to go downsize if their expectations don't occur. Consequently in such circumstances, the organization's value in market may slip and statuses in which the pleasure diminish in terms of clients, personnels and management can be monitored. It's important that management have a good settlement because always top level pleasure and rivalry superiority are crucial. It is thought that human who is the most important building block has to be analysed and understood well, steps for improving studiously all the complex processes have to be conspiratorially and anticipatingly. Therefore planning, is an important management function determining it's structure and employee's qualities and being overemphasized scrutinized well. Due to these reasons thesis subject is explanation of the practises in human resources planning. In this context the study, is a case study dealing with the subjects what and how human resources planning is. To reach the objectives one-to-one semi-structured interview with human resources department in Balıkesir İşbir Synthetic A.Ş. is realised. At the light of answers, results and suggestions are presented. It is thought that findings obtained will provide important information for human resources managers and personnels and a basis in future studies.
