Abstract (EN)

Entrepreneurship orientation is critical for the survival and growth of organizations. Also, human resources practices and organizational learning capability are among the factors that play serious roles in the emergence of entrepreneurship orientation. The aim of this study is to analyse the moderate role of organizational learning capability in the effect of human resources practices over entrepreneurial orientation. In line with this purpose, this study is expected to fill in this gap and to contribute to the existing literature. In this study; Kaya's (2006) 10 factor human resources practices scale, Jiang et al's (2016) 3 factor entrepreneurial orientation scale andJerez-Gomez et al's (2005) 4 factor organizational learning capability scale have been used for data collection. The data has been gathered from the 220 participants by convenience sampling method and factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistical techniques (such as mean and frequency analysis) and hierarchical regression analysis has been used in the analysis process. According to the findings, organizational learning capability is a quasi moderator variable in the relationship between human resources practices and innovation dimension of entrepreneurship orientation whileit acts like an independent variable in relation with taking risk dimension. Keywords: Human Resources Practices, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Organizational Learning Capability.
